Cancellation & Refund Policy

Depends upon the time of cancellation notice received in writing:
Cancellation for land tour arrangements:

  • If cancellation received 30 Days before a flat cancellation charge of Rs.10000 per person would be charged and between 30-16 days before 35% of the total package cost and 15-08 Days before 50% and 07-0 days before 100% of the total land tour package cost.
  • However, the cancellation charges of hotels may vary during Peak season and Festival periods, please check with us if you happen to be travelling during the Festive and Peak season period at the time of booking you must clarify if your date of travelling is falling in the peak or festive season period.
  • Please note Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable.
  • Airlines / Cruise Liners Cancellation charge, will be governed by the individual airlines cancellation policy as mostly Low Cost carrier tickets are non-refundable and any change in date attract penalty charges as per the airlines policy.
  • Similarly Cruise liners also have their individual cancellation policy.
  • Please recheck the same with us for further details failing we will understand that you agree with the cancellation charges levied by the airlines/Cruise Liners along with the Refund processing charges of the Travel agent.
  • Apart from above train tickets / Coach tickets/Ferry tickets are governed by respective cancellation policies of the Principal supplier of services.
  • No refund either in part or in full will be made for any voluntarily unused part of the services provided in the package.
  • In case of any doubts about the cancellation policy we request you to clarify the same in writing from us and obtain further details failing we will understand that you agree with the cancellation policy of 360Yatra.com and also cancellation policy levied by the airlines/Cruise Liners along with the Refund processing charges of the Travel agent.

NOTE OF CAUTION BEFORE BOOKING OF PACKAGE/TRAVEL TOUR COMPONENT

  • Travel tour packages/travel tour components that you are intent to book from us are of such nature where one has to undertake considerable amount of walking and physical activity to enjoy them.
  • All tours involve long hours of travelling and some tour components may include theme park activities such as speed boat rides, balloon rides and other adventure sports which are suitable only for medically/physically fit persons.
  • We therefore, forewarn heart patients, pregnant women, senior citizens, persons those requiring special care, patients of respiratory disorder, persons suffering from arthritis, blood pressure and diabetes, not to undertake tour.
  • There will be no medical help that can be provided during such tours.
  • It is therefore advised not to venture if any person requires special medical attention during the tour.
  • There is no luggage assistance and it is expected every tourist to manage his own luggage.
  • Some of the tourist products are without elevators/escalators and one may has to use stairs.
  • Inspite of the above mentioned warning tourist who undertakes tour at his own volition and risk, 360Yatra will not be responsible for any medical complication that may arise during the tour.
  • Not only this, one has to be medically fit and energetic to undertake tour packages. You must therefore satisfy yourself by undergoing medical check-up and obtain medical fitness certificate from your registered medical practitioner.

FOG ALERT

  • The Company will not be liable to any passenger for refund, compensation or claim for shortening of tour in relation to tour shown in itinerary or any cancellation, route change or postponement or delay of any airlines due to above reason whatsoever including fog or bad weather and the tickets/package are issued subject to the conditions herein.

Refund Policy

360Yatra.com is only acting as a intermediary service provider between the client & the principal suppliers of the services i.e. Hoteliers, Transporters, Airlines, Railways, Shipping Companies & the other ancillary service suppliers and hence have limited liability.

No refund either in part or in full will be made for any voluntarily unused part of the services provided in the package.In case of any doubts about the cancellation policy we request you to clarify the same in writing from us and obtain further details failing we will understand that you agree with the cancellation policy and also cancellation policy levied by the airlines/Cruise Liners along with the Refund processing charges of the Travel agent.



Refund mode for Tickets or Holiday Package arrangements:


We will refund the value of tickets/package purchased by you from our office directly to you. Refund shall be processed as payment will be made directly to your bank by bank transfer only or by account payee cheque after deduction of applicable cancellation charges.

  • In normal circumstances the refund will be processed within 21 days of the cancellation intimation received in writing by our office. In case of any dispute about the cancellation charges the same will be settled as per the settlement of the respective Principal suppliers of the services i.e. airlines/hoteliers/transporters/cruise liners etc.
  • All the cancellation charges are governed by the rules and regulation of respective principal suppliers of the services.
  • The User shall request 360Yatra for any refunds against the unutilized or 'no show' air or hotelbooking for any reasons within 90 days from the date of departure for the air ticket and/or the date of check in for the hotel booking. Any applicable refunds would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of Airlines, hotels and 360Yatra as the case may be. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 90 days as above and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized or ‘no show’ air or hotel booking shall be deemed to have been forfeited.
