This terms & conditions agreement incorporates the terms and conditions of Indian Holidays owner of website will be referred as 360Yatra in the user agreement) 360 Yatra to provide services to the person (s) ("the User") intending to purchase or inquiring for any products and/ or services of 360Yatra by using 360Yatra website or using any other customer interface medium/channels of 360Yatra which includes its sales persons, offices, call centres, advertisements, information campaigns etc.

  • All services provided and assured by the firm are subject to full realization of payment prior to departure. If payment to the firm is made by cheque, the Package/ tour component will be delivered only after realization of cheque/s.
  • No person, other than the proprietor of the firm, in writing has authority to vary, add, amplify or waive off any description, representation, terms and conditions set forth herein or in brochure of the firm, or other terms & conditions regarding tour booked by the Tourist with the firm.
  • VISA is granted as per the rules and regulations of concerned Embassy or high Commissions
  • Gala dinners on Christmas and New Year's Eve are not included in the tour price.
  • Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
  • Please note it is important that you respect the timings for your sightseeing and airport transfers failing you may miss the transport service and you have to make your own arrangements to reach the destination.

  • The above package is not valid during national holidays, public holidays, festivals, trade fairs, exhibitions, and long weekends. A surcharge will be levied and will be advised at the time of booking.
  • 360Yatra reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
    (a)To cancel a tour package/tour component prior to the date of departure and if it does so, its liability shall be limited to refunding all the money paid by the Tourist, towards the tour package / tour component.
    (b)To amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion or facility, it has advertised or published, or to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. In either case the Company shall not be liable for any damages, additional expenses or consequential loss suffered by the Tourist/Group.
  • In the event of the Company exercising its right to amend or alter any tour advertised in their brochure or any other media after such tour or holidays has been booked the Tourist shall have right:
    (a) To continue with the tour or holiday as amended or altered.
    (b) To accept any alternative tour or holiday which the Company may offer. In neither of the above cases shall the Company be liable to the Tourist/Group for any damages, additional expenses and consequential loss suffered by the Tourist/Group.
  • The prices quoted by the Company in its brochures / quotation are in US Dollars or equivalent in foreign currency (local currency of the foreign country / countries being visited). The Company reserves the right to amend these prices in case of currency fluctuation and changes in various rates of exchange and or fuel cost before departure and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid for in full.
  • In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate hotel will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
  • Airline seats & hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Rates are subject to change in case of change in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, Government taxes or entrance fees.
  • Meals and certain services, unless specified in the itinerary, are not included.
  • The usual check-in time at hotels is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hoursEarly check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability of rooms at the sole discretion of the hotels.
  • In the event of an increase in the foreign exchange Rate of Exchange, the prices defined may change. If you make the entire payment than our above quote will remain the same.
  • The above prices are calculated based on the lowest available airfare. Prices are subject to change due to non-availability of seats in the required class
  • It is the responsibility of the Tourist/Group to check and hold valid travel documents like passport and Visa till the end of the tour. In case any travel document like visa is refused, expires or is cancelled by the authorities, the tour participant will have to meet all the contingencies arising there from and to meet all expenses consequential thereto. The Company will have no responsibility whatsoever in respect of the above matteIt is the responsibility of the Tourist/Group to check and hold valid travel documents like passport and Visa till the end of the tour. In case any travel document like visa is refused, expires or is cancelled by the authorities, the tour participant will have to meet all the contingencies arising there from and to meet all expenses consequential thereto. The Company will have no responsibility whatsoever in respect of the above matters.
  • Passport: 6 months minimum validity required for visas, Photograph on the passport should not be too old. Hand written Passports are not accepted by the Embassies and High Commissions. A few countries allow Visa on Arrival to the Indian Passport holders i.e. Hong Kong, Mauritius etc. It is important for the Passport holder to recheck if the passport is valid for minimum 6 months duration.
  • Ticket Cost does not include any Insurance Premium. The Tourist/Group will have to pay any such premium at their own cost.
  • Payment Policy and Booking conditions: We need non-refundable booking deposit of minimum Rs.20000 per person to initiate the booking process, however actual deposit amount vary depending upon the tour. Full and final payment must be paid 15 days before your departure. If date of travel is less than 7 days, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost would be required. All payment policies will be govern by the below cancellation policy. You can make payment by Cash/Cheque/online bank transfer however the payment by credit card may attract additional bank charges. In case of any unprecedented hike of airfare, airport taxes or hotel tariff, entrance charges the same will be charged extra. The hotel and all other services mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation.
  • The User shall request 360Yatra for any refunds against the unutilized or 'no show' air or hotelbooking for any reasons within 90 days from the date of departure for the air ticket and/or the date of check in for the hotel booking. Any applicable refunds would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of Airlines, hotels and 360Yatra as the case may be. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 90 days as above and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized or ‘no show’ air or hotel booking shall be deemed to have been forfeited.
    We strongly recommend buying of the overseas Mediclaim policy to cover yourself against any medical situation. It will also cover the baggage loss and delay, loss of passport, trip curtailment etc... Please check the details of full coverage in the policy. You may contact us for the issuance of the policy.

Unless explicitly providedby 360Yatra in any specific service or deliverable, obtaining sufficient insurance coverage is the obligation/option of the user and 360Yatra doesn't accept or entertain any claims arising out of such scenarios.Insurance, if any provided as a part of the service/ product by 360Yatra shall be as per the terms and conditions of the insuring firm. The User shall contact the insurance firm directly for any claims or disputes and 360Yatra shall not provide any express or implied undertakings for acceptance of the claims by the insurance firm.
  • 360Yatra is only acting as an intermediary service provider between the client & the principal suppliers of the services i.e. Hoteliers, Transporters, Airlines, Railways, Shipping Companies & the other ancillary service suppliers and hence have limited liability. 360Yatra could not be held responsible for the deficiency in services provided by the principal & ancillary supplier 360Yatra has the right to amend or alter the itinerary due to the reasons beyond its control keeping in mind the larger interest of the client. In case of any situation arises due to natural calamities, riots or political reasons the settlement of claims, refunds and compensation if any would be settled as per the policies of the principal suppliers and 360Yatra will only play the role of facilitator to resolve the issues and would not be held responsible for any refunds, compensations or claims. By accepting this offer, it is believed that the Client has clearly understood the itinerary, Terms & conditions, Payment schedule & cancellation policy of 360Yatra and he/she is in agreement with the same. It shall be the solely the clients responsibility to hold valid documents & statutory clearances. All disputes are subject to JAIPUR CITY Jurisdiction only.
